1. How Long Do I Have to Make a Return?

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items that are in new and unused condition, subject to the guidelines below.

2. What Items Can I Return? Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, beauty items, and underwear
  2. Event & Party Supplies, DIY Supplies, Pet Supplies, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and blankets)
  3. Cosmetics, if the seal has been broken
  4. Gifts or promotional items
  5. Customized or personalized products
  6. Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

Wedding Dresses, Suits & Apparel
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with original tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) intact.

Human Hair Wigs
Items must be new, unworn, and unaltered with tags attached. Products showing signs of washing, bleaching, cutting, or other modifications will not be accepted.

Shoes, Bags & Luggage
Items must be unused and undamaged with original boxes and all accessories (laces, dust bags, etc.). Shoes must only be tried on clean, soft surfaces.

Furniture
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all manuals, tools, and accessories.

Electronics (e.g., Cell Phones, Laptops, Tablets, Projectors)
Must be returned sealed, unactivated, and in original packaging. Remove all personal data before returning.
If any parts are missing or the product is not in resalable condition, a refund may not be issued.
We can assist with manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.

Other Categories
Items must be brand new, unopened, and in original packaging.

How Do I Cancel a Return Request?

If you need to make changes to your return, no problem!
Please get in touch with BAZAROQ Support and share your order number along with the details you’d like to modify (for example, adding or removing items from the return).
Our team will review your request and help you update it as quickly as possible.

How Do I Locate a Return Label or QR Code?

If you can’t find your return label or QR code, just reach out to BAZAROQ Support.
Provide your order number, and we’ll resend the label or QR code directly to your email.
We’ll make sure you have everything you need to complete your return smoothly.

How Do I Cancel a Return Request?

Changed your mind about returning an item? That’s totally fine.
Contact BAZAROQ Support with your order number and a short note requesting to cancel the return.
We’ll confirm the cancellation and stop the process right away.

When Will I Get My Refund and Under What Conditions?

Once your returned items reach our warehouse, they’ll go through a quick quality inspection.
If everything meets our return requirements (new, unused, and in original condition), your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or your BAZAROQ Wallet, depending on what you choose.

If your item doesn’t meet the return conditions (e.g., damaged, washed, or missing tags), we’ll contact you before taking any further steps.
